Gumla: Panchayat level libraries located in Khora, Aramai and Vrinda Panchayats were inspected by Deputy Commissioner Karna Satyarthi. During this period, mainly the zonal officer, Panayat Sevak, Mukhiya and other concerned officers and personnel should be present. First of all the Deputy Commissioner inspected the Panchayat level library located at Khora. He gave instructions to start the operation of the library built there immediately. He also directed to improve the electricity system, do cleanliness and increase the number of books in the library. He also talked about providing newspapers. The main objective of constructing a Panchayat level library building is to provide facilities for reading to the students and children of remote and rural areas of the district and the students can go to their nearest Panchayat level library and acquire knowledge in a peaceful environment without any fee. To get an opportunity to do so, the Deputy Commissioner directed to make the village children aware and motivate them to come to the library. After this, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the Panchayat level library located in Aramai Panchayat. In the library of Aramai Panchayat, instructions were given by the head to get the dampness on the wall repaired, while there was talk of getting the wall writing and beautification done on knowledge enhancing subjects in the library. Giving the main responsibility to the head, he talked about motivating the students there to come to the library. After this, the Deputy Commissioner also inspected the Panchayat level library building located in Vrinda Panchayat, where instructions were given to repair all the important primary facilities.
