Seven day Shrimad Bhagwat Katha concludes at Hatiya Garden Kali Temple
Lohardaga: The 7-day Shrimad Bhagwat Katha ended on Saturday at the Shri Haribaba Kali Temple located in Hatiya Garden in the urban area. For the last seven days, the devotees were listening to the story after reaching the temple premises. The Katha was immersed with Maha Aarti and distribution of Prasad. Storyteller Ramsevak Pathak told that in Kaliyuga, the effect of the glory of God's name is such that one can easily attain salvation just by taking his name. He appealed to all the devotees to be conscious of religious faith. Meditate on Lord Hari and listen to Shrimad Bhagwat Katha and try to adopt it in life. Explaining the importance of Bhagwat Katha, he said that without introduction, relationships and contacts cannot be established with anyone with reverence. That is why it is important to know what Shrimad Bhagwat Katha is. What is the benefit of listening to Bhagwat Katha? He said that love cannot be lost without love, that is why we must know the importance of Bhagwat. It is said that by listening to Bhagwat Katha a person attains virtue. He told that God is present in all living beings. Man remains trapped in the web of illusion and illusion. Then his mind is not stable. Many disorders arise in the mind, due to which it is not able to move towards worshiping God even after getting life in human form, whereas the essence of life is that some moments should also be given to the Supreme Father God who has given this precious life in human form. Peace of mind is possible through devotion in human life. Man cannot attain sainthood without devotion to Hari. A human body is attained by great fortune and it should not be spent only in addictions. All kinds of fruits can be obtained from the good deeds done by us. It is noteworthy that the story started from May 12 and continued till May 19. On the first day of the story, Shrimad Bhagwat Mahatmya, Gaukarna anecdote, character of Devarshi Narad and character of Sukhdev Muni were described. On the second day, the killing of Draupadi's sons by Ashwatthama, the honor of Ashwatthama and the protection of King Parikshit in the womb were told. On the third day, Shri Krishna's journey to Dwarka, Pandavas' journey to Paramdham, suppression of Kaliyuga by Parikshit, sermon of Chatushloki Bhagwat, description of descendants of Manu's daughters, destruction of Daksha Yagya, character of devotee Dhruva, character of King Anga, appearance of Maharaja Prithu, rebirth. And story after anecdote was told. On the fourth day, Gajendra praised God, Durvasa sage narrated the story on Indra's curse, Samudra Manthan, Devasur battle, Vaman incarnation. On the fifth day, description of the character of Suryavanshi kings, incarnation of Mother Ganga on earth, character of Vasudev Devaki, praise of God in the womb by the gods, incarnation of God on earth, Basudev ji leaving God in Braj, God's appearance in Gokul. Described about birth anniversary and hair insects etc. On the sixth day, the children's games of Lord Shri Krishna, the vision of the universe in the Mukh Mandal, killing of Kaliya serpent, killing of Aghasur, Bakasura, killing of Putna, description of God's Raslila, salvation of Kubja and on the seventh day, Akhrur and Uddhav ji attained Brahma knowledge, Lord's visit to Mathura, description of killing of Kansa Chanur demons, liberation of Agrasen Maharaja and other kings, Lord's meeting with Devaki Basudev, Lord's coronation, Lord's departure to Paramdham, description of the importance of Yagya Katha of the week of Srimad Bhagwat story, description of Kaliyuga.
