New Delhi: Congress leader Jairam Ramesh attacked PM Narendra Modi on the NDA proposal naming the Varanasi MP as the leader of the ruling alliance. "This proposal is the height of fraud. The caretaker Prime Minister had sought votes in his name alone by making a hue and cry about 'Modi ki Guarantee', which the people of our country rejected. Now suddenly he has tried to breathe life into the dead NDA," Jairam Ramesh said.
