Water crisis will be relieved by protecting the forest: Mukesh

 

Lohardaga-Senha: An awareness campaign was run with the theme 'Plant trees, save forests' by tying Raksha Sutra to the trees in the forest of Badla border area under Lohardaga district. On the instructions of Lohardaga range, Vriksha Rakshabandhan program was celebrated in Badla forest under Lohardaga beat. In which a pledge was taken to save trees, environment and water. It is known that deforestation is happening on a large scale in almost all the forests of the district. The result of which is directly affecting the environment and the weather is changing. The ill-effects are that human life along with animals is becoming unbalanced. Everyone will get relief from water crisis by saving the forest. Explaining this, Upvan Campus Officer Mukesh Prajapati said that to maintain the balance of the environment, it is necessary to plant trees and curb deforestation. On which the contribution of the common people is mandatory. Explaining the same, the villagers present were made to take a pledge to plant trees and save forests. Under the jungle protection campaign, the campaign of tying protective threads in various forests is being accelerated under the aegis of forest division Lohardaga. Mukesh Prajapati, Chandrashekhar Mahato, Rajendra Oraon, home guards and villagers were present on the occasion.
