20 professionals became BLS-ACLS providers
Ranchi: 20 participants of Medica Hospital took written, oral and practical exams along with three-day training of BLS-ACLS. Dr. Rohit Sengar, HOD of Emergency Department, the chief instructor of this three-day session, said that Medica is the first hospital in Jharkhand where a course certified by the American Heart Association is conducted three times a year. The BLS/ACLS providers who pass this are recognized all over the world. Medical Director Dr. Vijay Mishra congratulated the participants who passed and said that through this training, more and more needy people will get the benefit of primary life saving system. IT Head Suhail Qaiser, who is a non-medical professional, said that after learning for three days, he felt that everyone should learn this course. Dr. Basant, Brother Joseph, Brother Seeju, Brother Saju, Academic Coordinator Mausami were present on the occasion.
In fact, in case of cardiac emergency, especially heart attack, if you know how to give CPR in a certified manner, then the patient's life can be saved. The entire course of BLS/ACLS teaches what to do in an emergency.
