Ranchi: An award distribution ceremony was organized under Hindi fortnight at Central Tasar Research and Training, Ranchi. The chief guest of this program was Dr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, Vice Chancellor, Ranchi University. He praised the contribution of the institute in the field of Hindi and said that Hindi Day is celebrated every year from 14 September to 28 September. Its purpose is to promote the Hindi language and spread its importance. During this, various programs, competitions, quiz competitions, seminars and Rajbhasha conferences were organized. The importance of official language was discussed in the main function of Hindi fortnight. The director of the institute, Dr. N.B. Chaudhary discussed the importance and rules of official language and said that Hindi fortnight is organized for maximum use of official language with the basic effective spirit of doing extensive work in the office even before or after Hindi Day. On this occasion, scientists, officers and employees who did more work in Hindi were honored. Along with this program, certificates were also given to the tassar farmers who came from Uttarakhand, which was coordinated by Dr. Vishal Mittal. Hindi award distribution was coordinated by Mr. Sunil Kumar. The program was conducted by Dr. Jaiprakash Pandey, Scientist D and the vote of thanks was given by Dr. Hanumant Gadad C.
