Providing equal opportunities to the disabled is the responsibility of the government and society: Kumari Ranjana Asthana

 

Ranchi: On the directions of Justice-cum-Executive Chairman, JHALSA Sujit Narayan Prasad of Jharkhand High Court and under the guidance of Justice Commissioner-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Ranchi, 28 disabled children studying in the mentally challenged and deaf school run by Srujan Help Sanstha, Ranchi located at Pahadi Tola have been identified. The process of linking them with the disabled pension scheme is being taken forward.

      On this occasion, Honorable Member Secretary JHALSA, Kumari Ranjana Asthana distributed the material of their needs like bags, water bottles, school dress etc. among the children studying.

     In her address, Honorable Member Secretary JHALSA, Kumari Ranjana Asthana said that it is the right of the disabled to get the benefit of the welfare scheme run by the Central Government and the State Government. We are ready to deliver their rights to them. On the instructions of the Honorable Executive Chairman, Jhalasa, such programs are organized and the disabled are given their rights.

           Deputy Secretary Abhishek Kumar, Dalsa Secretary Kamlesh Behera, PLV Manav Kumar Singh, Vicky Kumar Chaudhary, Assistant, Abhimanyu Kumar Singh were present on the occasion.
